Energy & Leadership:

Our front desk team sets the tone for every student and parent who walks through our doors. On a scale of 1–10, how would you rate your ability to create a welcoming, positive, and helpful experience for every person you interact with? 1 = I’m polite and will respond when spoken to, but I tend to focus on completing tasks rather than actively creating a welcoming or engaging experience. 5 = I’m friendly and helpful in conversations, especially when people approach me, but I don’t always take the lead in engaging others or shaping the overall experience. 10 = I take responsibility for the experience people have when they walk in. I proactively greet, engage, and make people feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of—while keeping energy positive and professional at all times. *

Final question:

Based on everything you’ve read so far, why do you believe YOU are a great fit for our team to help us on our mission to change kids’ lives? *
